To get some activity into this place here’s a picture of my recently built Stark Jegan from Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and Xecty from Shining Wind using Kshatriya‘s beam saber.

I sent a mail to AmiAmi a couple of days ago and received a quite interesting reply, so I thought I’d share some key points of it.
The mail I sent mainly asked about if they’re planning to expand their international business and if they’re planning to make eroge available on the international site.

Here’s what they had to say;
“With regards to your questions about expanding our product range, one issue is Paypal. Paypal does not accept transactions for adult materials, and because of that we cannot sell certain items (ero-games, very explicit figures, etc) on our English site. If, in the future, there was a workaround to this I’m sure we would be happy to offer those games on our English site as well, but currently it looks like we won’t be able to at the moment.”

“We are currently putting all available products (aside from certain items, like ero-games) up on our English site, so from here on out there should be no difference in available items beyond that.”

They really offer a huge variety of things right now, while having the prices of Amazon Japan without using the insanely over-priced FedEx shipping(I had to pay 7,500 yen in shipping for items worth around 20,000 together).

I’ll do some advertising for them here, so I’m just going to straight out say it; Disregard any retail site you’ve ever been using before (ie hlj, hobby search, etc.) and just use AmiAmi instead. I’ve never, ever been as pleased from any other retailer and their customer service is great. From my personal experience I’ve always had something to complain about from other retailers, but thus far it’s never happened while using AmiAmi.

Here’s the Nu HWS complete! It’s a very generic picture, yes, I know. I just took this quick now as I have some other stuff to do before I’m heading to bed. I’ll probably do some more posing tomorrow, together with the Kshatriya gunpla – which I today changed the pose to the one it does when shooting out the Funnels against Unicorn. It’s a really nice pose, but the worst thing about it is that it takes up more space than I actually have…

Made quite a bit of progress today.
Well, I could have finished it. But I was busy doing nothing for a couple of hours so, in the end I did pretty much everything aside from the Funnels. I should be able to finish it tomorrow.

Here’s the Nu HWS gunpla that I’m currently working on. As I’ve said in my twitter, the weapons have been incredibly boring to assemble, but I’m basically done with that now.
I received this along with the Kshatriya gunpla last monday. I’ve finished building Kshatriya, so I’ll probably make a post with both that and Nu HWS once it’s done.
