International pop media convention Comic Con will occur from the 22nd through 25th of this month in San Diego. And I myself will be running down there to enjoy the lowlife nerd festivities exactly one week from now.

I’ll be going with a group consisting of none worth mentioning. We’ll be staying at a hotel relatively nearby the event for 4 days. Expect a lot of photos and film footage of both in and out Comic Con. This will be my first time going to San Diego so I’ll be photo trigger happy throughout the entire stay.

As for what to expect, I’m not really sure myself. I’ve yet to research much of what Comic Con really has in store. I figure I’ll leave my expectations up in the air and leave myself susceptible to being surprised. All I know is Capcom’s Yoshinori Ono will be announcing something better than SSFIV that isn’t a new Darkstalkers or Capcom vs SNK 3 and Arc System Works has some ‘splaining to do.

If possible I’ll post daily updates from San Diego but otherwise I’ll be back in two weeks with a tattoo on my arm of Platina the Lolinity done by Toshimichi Mori.
